Shipping and returns

Shipping costs

Shipping within Italy is free on orders of €45 or more. Below that, shipping costs €10, unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Options and rates are shown during checkout and confirmed in the order summary. The full amount is paid when you place the order, unless the invoice says otherwise.

Outside Italy, shipping is a flat rate: European Union €15, United Kingdom €50, Switzerland €50, rest of the world €50, Australia €80. Customs duties and import formalities remain the customer's responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the products can be imported into the destination country.

Delivery times

After the order is confirmed and paid, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. ships to the address you provided within 3 to 5 working days.

When the order ships, we email you a tracking code.

In Italy delivery is handled by GLS or BRT. Outside Italy, by DHL or Poste Italiane. Delays caused by the carrier do not entitle you to cancel the contract or claim damages or interest. Goods travel at the recipient's risk: if a parcel arrives incomplete or damaged, tell the carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping may be suspended in cases of force majeure (war, fire, strikes, accidents, or inability to source the goods). An order may be split into more than one shipment. A separate order is required for each delivery address.

Returns

You may withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. Returns are free in Italy using the Spazio Lebole S.r.l. service. Outside Italy you can return the goods with a carrier of your choice.

How to request a return

1. Email shop@lebolemaison.it with your order number (e.g. #1093), the jewels you want to return and the reason.
2. We email you a prepaid return label.
3. Print the label, put the jewels back in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at a BRT point. BRT points are listed on mybrt.it.

The refund starts only after we receive the parcel and confirm the goods are intact. The original shipping cost, where charged, is not refunded.

We only accept new items in their original packaging, with all accessories. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items are not accepted. Spazio Lebole S.r.l. may refuse an abnormal return and send the jewels back to the customer.

If a product is faulty, wrong or missing, email shop@lebolemaison.it. In these cases Spazio Lebole S.r.l. pays the return or replacement shipping.

An item bought on the website cannot be returned to a Lebole Maison store or retailer, and an item bought in a store cannot be returned through the online shop.

Personalised items cannot be returned, nor a gadget or promotional jewel tied to the order. In that case the whole order must be returned: a partial withdrawal is not possible.

Exchange

Besides the right of withdrawal, within 14 days of receipt you may exchange an item bought on the site, only for another colour or size of the same item. You cannot exchange it for a different item.

Refund

The refund is issued within 14 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the purchase. If you paid by bank transfer or cash, provide an IBAN for the refund.
